Our Asian Art Forum has entered its fourth year!
If you have any question about our Asian art availability, custom Chinese or Japanese calligraphy, or Asian Tattoos, this is the place to post your question.
Gary (the co-owner) or Cat (the professional Chinese translator) will try to answer every question within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays).
Please go directly to the Asian Art Forum Sign Up Page (It only takes about 15 seconds) and then post your question.
You can ask questions about our service, shipping issues, custom Chinese calligraphy, or anything else you might want to know.
A single English word regarding your question is the best way to search.
People often look for information about: Appraisals | Tattoos | Wall Scroll Mounting
We also have some great Asian art information pages:

Frequently Asked Questions
Please do not use email for general questions, custom artwork inquiries, appraisals, tattoos, etc. For such questions, please use Our Asian Art Forum instead.

If you are having an issue of any kind with an order you have placed, feel welcome to post an order inquiry on our forum or email me.
Please be sure to include the name that you used when you placed your order, OR your 5-digit order number.
Please make your inquiries about your order, appointments to come to our San Diego gallery, or issues of a private matter to this email address:
I've been getting up to 10,000 spam emails each week, so consider using our forum if at all possible. Sometimes email replies take longer when I have to sort through thousands of spams to find your email message.
The front door for one of our shows. We're now upstairs on this corner of University Ave & Grim Ave.

We also have a workshop/office in Beijing.
If you are coming to China, you can drop off your own artwork for custom wall scroll building at our small workshop. We no longer have a gallery in China.
We've given up on having a phone line. AT&T and Cox Communications have both failed or are unwilling to install reliable service at our San Diego office. We are in and out all day and travel often to buy more artwork. Therefore paying $50 per month for a phone line that we won't use efficiently doesn't make a lot of sense.
Having an "Asian Art Emergency"? Here are more ways to contact Gary...
If you have a quick question, you can send Gary a text message (SMS) from your mobile phone. 1.619.807.3144
Our Asian Art Forum is often a better choice. Gary's been known to answer the forum while traveling on a train across Inner-Mongolia via my laptop and cellular modem. It's far less-costly and productive than juggling phone calls.
