This is a mechanically-printed reproduction of a very old Japanese woodblock print. This was made months ago, rather than centuries ago.
Original artist: Utagawa Hiroshige 歌川 広重 (1797–1858)
Original woodblock was created in Japan, around 1857
This depicts a snowy scene at Taiko Bridge in Meguro, Tokyo. This was part of the series, "One Hundred Famous Views of Edo". This was number 111, part 4, depicting Winter.
There are multiple phrases that could be construed as titles. The one most used as the main title is:
Literally: Meguro Taiko Bridge, Sunset Hill.
This was printed on a really high-fiber handmade paper. There are lots of husks pressed in. It gives this a very antique and classic look. This was printed with dye-based ink on my last printer. It may fade a bit if you hang it in direct sunlight (watercolor paintings also do this). But otherwise, the colors should last for many years. My newer prints us pigment-based inks, however, the new printer jams and cannot print on this special "grass fiber" paper.

Gary's random little things about China:
In the USA and most western countries, when people eat chicken, generally the breast meat and other white meat is preferred over dark meat.
However, in China, it is exactly the opposite.
In fact, check a supermarket in China and you'll find that chicken breasts are the cheapest cuts, while other cuts containing dark meat and bone get top dollar.
You will also find that traditional Chinese people wanting the freshest possible food will buy their chicken alive, and butcher it just before cooking a tasty meal.
And don't be put off by the bones in the chicken that you are served - all the bones, and even the head are usually served together and are seen in Chinese culture as a sign of quality and good taste.
