You can easily dry-mount this, or use most of the border when you frame it with no problem. The painting itself is perfect. One option is to just cover the silk border with typical western-style matting.
I should be charging at least $150 for this painting - it's gorgeous - even better in real life. The paper is a special handmade type that has some lovely texture with fibers and husks testifying to the handmade nature of it.
