Birds and Bamboo

The title of this painting is 竹報平安 or "Zhú Bào Píng-ān" which means, "Bamboo [is a] Sign [of] Safety (or wellbeing)".

The rest of the inscription, 丁酉夏 山雨, indicates this was painted in the summer of 2017 by the artist 山雨 (Shān Yǔ).
