The artist's name is (Ren Bao-Zhong). He is from (Huxian) County in Southern China. This is the only painting I got from this artist, so I don't have much information about him.

The characters on the painting read, 任宝忠 作 (By Ren Bao-Zhong) 喜悦 (Happy/Joy) 户县 (Huxian).
