Birds and Plum Blossoms

This artwork was created by Lin Yun, an artist that lives near Jinan, in the Shandong Province of Northern China.

The paper used is a nice and classic-looking light-tan xuan paper (you might call it rice paper - though there is no rice in it). The paper is inlaid with very subtle gold flecks, to give it a very special look.
