Propsperity (Official's Salary) Wall Scroll

I don't remember if we had this done as a sample or if it was an extra scroll from a customer's order. Either way, there is nothing wrong with it. I think we hung it for one of our art shows, and that's it.

The meaning is "prosperity", but it's just one way to express prosperity, this one having more to do with making a good salary. In fact, in ancient China, this character actually means "official's salary". FYI: Some native Asians will read this character as prosperity and others may read it as "salary".

Oh, this scroll was done by Master Calligrapher Xing An-Ping, and would cost $87.88 if ordered custom to this specifications.
