Sōng Xià Wèn Tóng Zi
The title is "sōng xià wèn tóng zi" (松下問童子), which means "Asking the Child Under Pinetree" or sometimes translated as "Meeting a Boy Beneath the Pines". I don't know where the pine tree is (it's not in the painting), but I should explain, this title is actually part of a longer poem:
松下問童子,言師採藥去。
只在此山中,雲深不知處。
Beneath the pine tree, I asked the boy, and he said the master's out collecting herbs.
Just somewhere in this mountain here, but deep clouds set me wondering where.
Painted in 2017 by Yan Hua (許艷).

This painting is discounted because of a very minor "red ghost".
If you are wondering, red ghost refers to a red shadow of the artist's red signature stamp. This is sometimes transfer from a previous painting which happens when the artist signs all of his work at the same time and piles up the paintings before the red ink is dry. It's more common than I would like, and it costs me a lot of money - but I am picky about quality, so my loss is your gain.
