This scroll says "Black Belt" as in the highest rank in martial arts (yes, of course, there are degrees of black belt as well). There is an inscription, which is just a date (Aug.23,2008), which is the reason we are deeply discounting this wall scroll, which was done by Master Calligrapher Xing An-Ping, and was originally valued at $98.88
