This artwork is discounted because of a very minor wrinkle that was pressed into the painting during the mounting process. The painting is flat, so it's not a typical wrinkle. This is super-easy to ignore - as you might never see it if I did not point it out to you. This would be a $400 painting in my gallery, and over $700 in other galleries.
