I was experimenting with different inks and techniques when I made this print. It went right from the printing to the heat press (with a little moisture added for a steaming effect). This made the ink run a lot. As you can see in the image, the ink ran into the fibers of the handmade paper. The image it not crisp or clear. This scroll could be a background for a movie shoot, or maybe you can mount other artwork to the front of it.

This is a reproduction of an old Japanese woodblock print. I created a batch of these but not all of them were perfect (especially this one from the first batch).
