This wall scroll is discounted because of some very minor wrinkles in the scroll. I reduced this to about half price due to this small flaw.

True Victory is Victory Over Oneself

Romaji: "Masa Katsu A Gatsu" or "Masakatsu Agatsu"

This is often translated as, "True victory is victory over oneself".

However, literally, Kanji by Kanji, it means, "True victory [is] my/self victory".

My Japanese friends rate this phrase very highly for a wall scroll.
