Through all the world and a thousand Springtimes, the peony is the king of all flowers

This features tiny birds flying from some beautiful purple peony flowers. The title is 閱盡大千春世界，牡丹終古是花王 (Yuè jǐn dà qiānchūn shìjiè, mǔdān zhōnggǔ shì huāwáng) which means, "Through all the world and a thousand Springtimes, the peony is the king of all flowers."

The rest of the inscription is 辛卯 陳石 which indicates the year painted (2011) and the artist's signature (Chen Shi).
