Unable to complete a transaction.

I've been trying for some time to buy a tokonoma scroll from your site. I have no idea why, but no matter what card I use, when I click on the paypal page, it immediately goes back to a previous page without registering a purchase. Or at least I hope so; otherwise I've bought three or four of the same scroll from you that haven't arrived yet.

Should I just give up?

I'm guessing that when you were trying, Paypal was doing some kind of maintenance on their system. This happens occasionally when checking out via regular Paypal. It's usually during a two-hour period once a month.

My regular checkout via credit card (hosted on my secure site) almost never has that kind of issue.

Sorry for the trouble. I wish I had control over when and how Paypal handles its maintenance schedule.
