Continuing from our email conversation:

Do you want 영원히널사랑해
or the more common 영원히사랑해 ?

영원히 = forever
널 = you (in this context)
사랑해 = I love you

So, 영원히널사랑해 is like "forever [regarding] you, I love you", if I
understand it correctly myself. I understand the mechanics of Korean
language, but I don't speak it. I'm like a mechanic who knows how the
car works, but can't drive it. Other than English, I only speak
Chinese and Japanese.

영원히사랑해 Is the most simple and concise way to write this.

You can also use 영원히사랑해요 which has a polite speech article at the end.
