Thank you!

There are so many ways to express ideas around death and rebirth...

生死 = Saṃsāra: birth and death: rebirth and redeath; life and death; cycle of death and rebirth.

輪廻 or 輪回 = Another way that Saṃsāra into Japanese: endless cycle of death and rebirth; transmigration of souls; the turning of the wheel; to revolve; the wheel of transmigration; the round of existence; cycle of reincarnation.

There are also several Japanese terms that mean: All things being in flux through the endless circle of birth, death, and rebirth; the circle of transmigration. They are all 4 characters long, so if you want it shorter, stick with one of the above two-character options.

Ask any questions you want. When you're ready, I'll set you up to purchase your custom made calligraphy wall scroll.

Cheers,
-Gary.

Not all of these will be what you are looking for, or appropriate, but fish though them to find the jewels:
