Can you give me a last name or order number? I tried for nearly half-an-hour looking this up in my system under the tracking number, your email address, and even your nickname "arth", which led me to look at every order for anyone named "Arthur".
FYI: We ship from Beijing, not Guangzhou. It's far more reliable, as Guangzhou is a den of thieves (the only place in all of China where someone tried to rob me - it was in my hotel room early in the morning - ended up chasing the guy down the street in my underwear - quite a sight!)
I tracked this on the Canada Post website. Looks like Canadian Customs has not yet acknowledged receipt of the item. This is rare, but not unheard of. It could have been selected for secondary inspection straight away. There's no food or contraband in our shipments of artwork, so no chance of confiscation. I'm 99% sure the package has been on Canadian soil since Nov 25th (maybe even the 24th, as packages leaving China arrive on the same day in North America because of the location of the international date line).
A good resource is http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp
as they have more detailed information on the Chinese side...

OK, this is not our package or our order. You seem to have ordered something from another company located in Guangzhou. Please contact them directly regarding this delay.
