Hello Sir,

I have been looking into ordering a Dao De Jing / Tao Te Ching Chapter 33 calligraphy wall scroll from you. I live in the UK and wondered if you could tell me how much shipping would be and how long the wait would be as you are very busy at the present time.
I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards

We bill in U.S. Dollars (which at the moment is to your advantage since the Dollar is so weak, and the Pound Sterling is so stable).
The cost of shipping (P&P) is US$9.80 for any-sized order to anywhere in the world (except South Africa, Indonesia, India, and Nigeria).
The P&P fee we charge does not actually cover the cost of postage, but we absorb that in the items a bit. We also hope it gets people to buy more, as the more you buy the more you save if you are just going to pay that fee once for 1 or 100 items.

Delivery timeframe is just over three weeks for custom calligraphy to the UK. We are sometimes under that timeframe, but we advertise "just over three weeks" just in case there is an unforeseen circumstance. We'd been on time with every one of them for years until the recent postal strike in the UK.

As you place your order, do be advised that the prices in Pounds listed on our website are the direct exchange rates from the European Central Bank (updated daily). Your credit card may exchange at 0.5% to 1% above the price shown. Also, recently, a customer told me that they were charged a 98p foreign transaction fee by their bank. That's the first time I've heard that, so maybe he just had a fee-happy bank that issued his credit card.

Cheers,
-Gary.
