This painting is discounted because I just didn't feel that it is perfect (a rather subjective conclusion) - but I am picky about quality, so you get a bargain. The tiny, almost invisible issue is just a few spots that are really part of this kind of painting. Some will see this as part of the painting, others may see this as a minor blemish.
