Can you kind of sound this out for me?

We did some Arabic names before, but I had an Arabic friend from Palestine (who'd spent time in Iraq, Jordan, and Egypt) help me with those. He's moved away now, so I don't have that valuable asset to help me.

Is it "ebb" like "ebb and flow"?

"ti" like golf "tee"?

"sam" like the English men's name "Sam"?

Cheers,
-Gary.
