If you are not DELIGHTED with your artwork when you receive it, simply return it within 30 days.

We'll issue a full refund, including shipping & handling!

Your only risk is the cost of postage to return the artwork.

For your convenience, we have return addresses in the USA and China. Customers in Canada, the USA, Europe and UK are welcome to use our San Diego, California address. Customers in Asia are welcome to use our address in Beijing, China.

This is our sixth year in business
and we've now sold over 10,000 pieces of artwork!
In that time, we've taken care of a few customers that asked for exchanges when they found the painting's color didn't match their home's decor, and we've handled two returns for quality issues.

No requests for exchange or refund have ever been denied!

Our satisfaction rate is virtually 100% because we are so picky about quality of the artwork that we sell. But if you need to return or exchange something, we'll treat you like family. We really don't want you to keep something that you are not happy with.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please just email us first, and we'll give you the address that is appropriate for your region.

Please note the cases above do not include times when we have replaced artwork damaged or lost by the postal service, or issued refunds due to mishandling by the postal service.
