剛柔館 is the martial arts style Gojukan or Goju-Kan.

The meaning is “hardness [and] softness hall.”

剛 = Hard, firm, or strong.
柔 = Soft, softness, flexible, supple, yielding, gentleness, or pliant.
館 = Hall, building, school room, or an alternate word for a dojo.

剛完流 is the title of the Gokan-Ryu or “Go Kan Ryu” martial art.

本者是正念 is a phrase or chant used by Reiki practitioners.

There are several ways to translate this, but mine would be “Original Nature is Mindfulness.”

This is the Japanese martial arts school, “Kenshin-Kan” or “Ken Shin Kan” in Kanji.

沖縄剛柔館 is the martial arts style Okinawan Gojukan or Okinawan Goju-Kan.

The meaning is “Okinawa hardness [and] softness hall.”

沖縄 = Okinawa.
剛 = Hard, firm, or strong.
柔 = Soft, softness, flexible, supple, yielding, gentleness, or pliant.
館 = Hall, building, school room, or an alternate word for a dojo.

霊 means soul or spirit.

Sometimes 霊 can be a departed soul or ghost. 霊 is actually a Japanese variant of the Chinese character 靈 (and would be recognized in Chinese).

I titled this as Rai because 霊 was romanized as Rai and represented a fictional superhero that appeared in books published by Valiant Comics.

In Japanese, this can be the given name Rei or Tama. It can also be the Japanese surname Mitama or Tamazaki.

正心館 is the name Seishin-Kan in Japanese.

Seishin (sometimes romanized Shoushin or Shoshin) means “correct mind” or “right heart.” Kan can mean building or establishment.

糸東流氣目館空手道 is the title for Shito-Ryu Ki-Me-Kan Karate-Do.
A school of Karate.

Note that while this title can be pronounced in Chinese, it only makes complete sense in Japanese.

初段 is a Japanese Kanji word that literally means “beginning degree.”

初段 is the lowest black belt rank in Japanese martial arts and the game of Go.

The first Kanji means first, new, or beginning in Japanese.

Other ways to translate this title include “lowest grade” or “first grade.”

修行館 is shugyō-kan or shugyou-kan in Japanese.
